Pimping Your PIPS so that your e-lottery link opens in a new window or tab
If you want the links to your e-lottery businesses to open in a new window or tab, then you need to tweek the HTML code slightly, - it needs TARGET="_BLANK" to be added to the href link code.
Without this; when a user clicks on the link, the new web page loads on top of the PIPS page. – The other links for uVme and IMSP include this code already so you do not need to modify those.
Your existing code looks like this,
<a href="http://www.virtualworlddirect.com/g.asp?m=123456AB&popup=0">
you need to change it to this:
<a href="http://www.virtualworlddirect.com/g.asp?m=123456AB&popup=0" target=”_blank”>

There is also an extensive HTML training manual available in the Empowerism back office, log in to your Empowerism site and click on “TRAINING CENTRE” on the left hand navigation menu and choose the “HTML & Web Site Design” section

I’ve managed to add the lottery to my site but having copied and pasted the IMSP code exactly and adding my own ID, the banner is still not appearing. I have tried to work out how to get to the latest download of the PIE manual to see if there have been any edits but I can’t work out how to get to it without going through the payment cycle again. I have an activation key already so shouldn’t need to pay again. Help!
Many apologies - the IMSP banner has now appeared. For some reason it wasn’t immediate unlike the lottery banner.
